This policy covers the Jyotish Chitra Astrology app for ChatGPT, published by Fastrologer.
To calculate a requested chart, the app processes the name or label you provide, birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone offset, and astrology questions. Do not provide information you do not have permission to use.
The information is used only to resolve a birthplace, calculate the requested chart or compatibility preview, and return the result to ChatGPT. The app does not sell personal information or use birth details for advertising.
Requests are relayed through Netlify and processed by Fastrologer's Supabase-hosted service. Place names may be sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to obtain coordinates. Fastrologer does not intentionally create user profiles or persist submitted chart inputs in an application database. Hosting providers may retain limited security and operational logs. OpenAI processes your ChatGPT conversation under OpenAI's policies.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. You can avoid processing by not invoking the app, remove the conversation using ChatGPT controls, or contact us with a privacy or deletion question.
